Hello guys how are you anyone can give me any info i have dell inspiron 15 3000 and it is not opening i tried everything i can do but still no solution anyone who knows if there is any dell company that can repair my laptop or i can ask what the problem is for informstion my laptop doesn't open by flashing yellow and white lights and when it opens it works perfectly please any information could be useful !!!
Jan 05, 2020I also saw this problem on other 3000 series laptops. The case isnt hard disk or any drive fail. Its a power problem... Maybe there is a short power which is sending back your power and preventing it from opening. What you can do is first take it to an electrician and check if the board is passing electric signals... They have a device to check that... Check it from end to end if power is flowing through the board... Also check if there is a power contact on the power port on your laptop. And lastly check the IC on your motherboard. Its usually a rectangle black thing attached.. Maybe thats it.. Good luck

Jan 05, 2020Use dell support. They've got an excellent website. And the forums are dope. Check there. I also get the yellow and white flashes... In my experiece its a power thing and I can usually get it to start by removing the battery and so on... But mine is a 5566... So... Go on the forums... The 3000 series is notorious for having millions of issues...
