Jan 02, 2020If the things you say are actually heard and you are worried about being judged about it i wanna sa that its totally okay i mean biological yehone neger new and my brother was very tebtaba too but he just didn't care he didn't even think it was mnm a problem eshi ! If its getting between you and your actual work gn practice as the first commenter suggested. Be confident. Good luck!

Jan 02, 2020Practice is the only way It is like doing exercises It needs patience and commitment If you talk fast , learn to speak one by one If there are specific words that u miss repeat them continuelsly Or you can get speach therapy, it is available at Yekatit hospital ()

Jan 02, 2020Well speech therapy takes 2 yrs or so to get rid of it But if you want to sound ok in the presentation try doing it as an exact speech you memorize rather than an explanation of it Idk just my opinion

Jan 05, 2020Ya i know this guy! He was like you! But he started to talk more cuz the situation make him do that! Then step by step it wore out! I think you should talk more and don't be afriad to talk
