Feb 16, 2021You should force yourself to get off your phone. Use your phone only for technical uses or sending someone some information or files. Stop chatting around and using other social media like Tik Tok... You know it's actually toxic. Ena Are you bored? You're supposed to be. Stop seeking entertainment from your phone. Get bored elsewhere. You gotta start NOW. If you fail, you're disappointingly addicted. Oh and about the boy? Stop talking to him and through time, you'll get over him. Could take weeks... Be strong and patient.
Feb 16, 2021Am not that addicted I only use youtube and telegram and it's for learning purpose Ok I will and this really helped me tnxππ
Feb 16, 2021It is okay honey. At some point you will get over it you thought you liked him but that is not the case you keep thinking about him because th talked for long time, to have a lot in common, or May be he understands you well. Becha don't listen from those who are insulting you please be aware of yourself reflect on it and decide what you need no body can tell you what to do u are old enough to know what is good and bad. Try walking and not charging your phone if it helps. Reply if this helped
Feb 16, 2021Ya ur right I don't even have a crush on him gn just am thinking about him but now not that much Thank you

Feb 16, 2021Girl, it's okay to feel those things. The normal age to start having a crush is 11! But u shouldn't start anything with the guy. It's a big NO! U will understand in no time that it's just a silly crush so please, don't let those emotions to rule over u. U can do better than that. It's a school time so drive ur FOCUS to your studies. Trust me I've been there.
Feb 16, 2021Thanks very muchπππ
