My laptop is driving me crazy every time I open task manager it shows 100% on the CPU bar then freezes and then restarts itself i've tried googling the problem and they said i should run a SFC scan and I did and still no change it still restarts itself and I know it's not restarting itself because it reached it's CPU limit(100%) because even if I don't have a single app open it still restarts when taskmgr is opened so if any of you have ran into the same problem please help me
