My sister wants to change her family name on her University certificate because of an error in the naming process back in highschool. Her University (ASTU) agreed but they said that she should fix her matric and entrance certificate so she went to the NEAEA to fix it. The office workers there said that she can't fix her old documents. Is that true? Please if there's someone who's well informed or had experience, please contact me. Thank you in advance 😊
