It's apparently not wrong but at the end of the day you can't help it but think it's incongruous with the absurdity that wafts through people's heads. (And this liable to threaten your efforts to be yourself.)
And what sucks the most is when the girls you find interesting turn out to be more interested in dudes with those kinds of traits and on the other hand, the girls who seem to be interested in dudes who have similar traits as you don't happen to interest you. (The universe being it's typical bitch of a self.)
It's really frustrating to figure people out (I mean, no shit. Yeah, whatever.) but really! Maybe, they fancy emotional challenges (and only a "dumb wack ass stupid" tosses a person into an emotional rollercoaster), or maybe they don't find intelligence thrilling and if you are nice and caring it might give the impression that you are being clingy (something that threatens their liberty) or it might give the impression that you are vouchsafing more attention than needed and that could, again be scary, and maybe they don't think they deserve what you offer (like it's too good for them) and that will lead to having cold feet (I mean who are they to be treated with precedency and accept all the love and care from another soul, right?), or maybe immaturity is having its moments or maybe the heart really wants what it wants (definitely lame but definitely a possibility too) or maybe some people are just assholes and take kind hearts for punching bags. So yeah, we can list multiple reasons but none will ascertain our queries.
So, you have like a couple of options:
1, To be yourself and be disappointed at the end of the day.
2. To be someone you are not and entertain someone who, you know, won't like you for who you are and feel shitty about yourself at the end of the day.
So yeah, since everything is a possibility, I can pretty much say you have chances of meeting a girl who appreciates intelligence and a caring behavior (if not, then I hope it won't make you stop being a caring and a kind person. You cant be that lame.)
