So i started using CBE mobile banking and i try to send 4000 to another customer right? but the system failed. So i retry again zis time after the process was all done they sent me two messages that as in i send 4000 birr twice for the same person. the customer only get the text once which tells his account has been credited with 4000. but mine is down 8000 and idk wat to do.
