Could someone please explain to me the idea of Adding and dropping a course. Am I supposed to tell them before the final exams? Is there some sort of a form or what?

Yeah you should tell them before the exam....and adding courese means adding another subject from your next time courses some time you have to drop to add some courses ..and dropping course means not to take the course by the time that you should take it..but you can take the course some other time with your years of class ..
