Types of Depression
1. Major depression disorder - severe sadness or loss of interest, anxiety, fatigue, changes in sleep, weight loss, loss of concentration, feelings of futility and guilt, loss of interest in normal activities, death and suicide.
2. Persistent dysthymia -
It is a type of chronic depression that can last for at least two years (1 year for children). During these two years, people with the disease do not stay depressed for more than two months.
3.Disruptive mood dysregulation - a type of depression that causes anger, irritability, anger and frustration in people with the disorder.
4. Premenustral dysphoric disorder - The symptoms of depression appear more clearly during the week before menstruation, which can reduce work capacity and impair social or family relationships.
5. Substance-induced depressive disorder - Depression is caused by drugs, toxins, mental illness, injections.
6. Depression due to other medical conditions -For example, Parkinson's, Huntington, stroke, and traumatic brain injury increase the risk of depression.
7. Other specified and unspecified depression disorders -They meet the main symptoms of depression but do not meet the full range of depression described above.
