Lately I have been wondering about a few things. I don't know much about what's happening in Tigray at the moment and I am not a fan of TPLF however I hear people saying that there are people starving there mnamn. From what I can see not a lot of people care about this apart from the people born in Tigray, and to me this is disappointing. I don't think a person with any logical coherence can say TPLF didn't do horrible things, because they did. My question is why can't we try helping the people? The media has been preaching that TPLF and the Tigray people are different but that doesn't seem to be the opinion held by the masses. I know people who even think the people deserve whatever is happening there. The same people demo start acting like they care for the humans suffering when it's someone from their region. In my opinion I don't think being revengeful will help anyone in the long term. It will only be the renewal of an unbreakable cycle of hate and revenge unless deliberate acts of love do so. I don't think anyone would benefit if the people in Tigray are suffering or anywhere else in the country for the matter. Now what's funny is the same people advocating for the end of the things in Tigray don't even care for what's happening to other people from other nationalities and vice versa. When are we going to start breaking this darkness of revenge and hate by acts of love? Lots of people are so hypocritical. When are we gonna look beyond ethnicity and look into country and humanity? Honestly speaking I was even thinking of starting a non-profit organization that would help people from all nationalities in a transparent method(Obviously I don't have the capacity to do so). Malet I am honestly sick and tired of political activists that are hungry for power and money so much so that they use identity politics and the death of many as their leverage. I am tired of a culture where someone living in the same country as you do sharing the same nationality like you a human being like you being tortured because of his/her ethnicity. I don't stand for any ethnicity to hell with ethnicity and identity politics.
