It depends on the type of drug
Weed: Baggy red eyes, blood shot eyes (if they're really high), slower pace of speech, maybe a slight smirk
Alcohol: More carefree and reckless then usual, slurring words, slightly slower pace of speech, stumbling, drooping eyelids
Opiates: Slower pace of speech, drooping eyelids, goofy smile on their face, overall they seem like they're in the best mood ever
Stims (low dose): Faster pace of speech, quicker on their feet then usual (cognitively, not literally), drinking lots of water, sweating, calmer then usual (varies)
Stims (high dose): Much faster pace of speech, darting around quickly, highly energetic, drinking lots of water, sweating, dilated pupils, non stop movement (like leg shaking), possibly aggressive (depends on the stim)
Psychedelics: Dilated pupils, looking around and staring at seemingly normal things, goofy ass smile, takes a while to complete simple tasks, doesn't make a whole lot of sense during conversation, gets sidetracked easily
Dissociatives: Stumbling around, sitting down with a very blank expression on their face, staring into space with wide eyes
If he's on drugs don't waste any time.... look for a way to get him cleaned before its too late...time is of the essence
