Yo! I just found out you can do the effect even on the Telegram photo editor. I use the default Telegram app. Steps: 1. If the photo isn't black and white, set saturation to -100. 2. Send the photo, then redownload it as black and white. And open the editing screen with the new photo. 3. Open the curves panel (it is this 📈 icon in the editing) 4. You will see 4 options: white, red, green, blue. Leave white and red alone. Go to green and then you will find a diagonal graph that looks like /. Flatten that graph with your finger and turn it all down to the ground like _. Do the same for the blue color. 5. Send the photo. Bam! You already have the red tint effect! Additional: in my result, the photo became extremely red... So I added these steps. 6. Save the image, and then open the new red image. 7. Slightly decrease the contrast by around 15 and increase the brightness until the photo looks great! I will send my results below
