I have multiple questions for Orthodoxy church members Why is the New testament not accepted in Orthodoxy? And why does the Orthodox church still go through the old testament system while Jesus made the Sacrifice for us. + 5 አንድ እግዚአብሔር አለና፥ በእግዚአብሔርና በሰውም መካከል ያለው መካከለኛው ደግሞ አንድ አለ፥ እርሱም ሰው የሆነ ክርስቶስ ኢየሱስ ነው፤ '1ኛ ወደ ጢሞቴዎስ 2:5' 6 ኢየሱስም፡— እኔ መንገድና እውነት ሕይወትም ነኝ፤ በእኔ በቀር ወደ አብ የሚመጣ የለም። 'የዮሐንስ ወንጌል 14:6' 38 የቤተ መቅደስም መጋረጃ ከላይ እስከ ታች ከሁለት ተቀደደ። 'የማርቆስ ወንጌል 15:38' And. 'ወደ ዕብራውያን 9:1 - 12' So, why do you doubt or not follow these scriptures? Instead, when Jesus says he is the only way to the father, the Orthodox Church preaches that Angels and saints and Mary are ways too. And while Trinity exists. When it's written that Jesus was born so we could be Children of God. And also that he is the door to the father, again most Orthodoxy question how he mediates with him self. When it's written it's not just to him self but to the father. Even though they are one, God exists In Three persons, all divinely equal. Jesus is the only one between man and the Father. This is clear. not from what Religion tells us but from The word and the spirit that's already given to us. So why need a religion or Another medium when we are given everything through Christ???
Jan 25, 2021Who said we dont accept the new testament we never said that its just your opinion fun fact the new testament was written by our fathers you know the church existed before the Bible was organized answer for the first verse its what we officially preach even the name ተዋሕዶ implies that and the 2nd verse we believe in it 💯 show any doctrine of our church that goes against it.
