Do you guys recommend taking the the 9 am or the 10 am toefl ? and also which test center is better? if you could state some reasons, that would be great.

188If u haven't registered for the test yet,i suggest you should take IELTS not TOEFL. They're pretty much the same in the format ,but their value is way different.
