People don't like when you are honest with them like when you tell them their weaknesses so avoid that. Never point out anything without being asked because really when you think about it the little you say the more you get heard. In my opinion I think you should just avoid it, not change yourself. In another dimension demo it's really hard that you find the one who understand your actions, just because you avoid pointing mistakes doesn't make you keep a friend. If they want to leave they will really do. You can't change that. But be more observant of your actions and try to identify to which mistakes you should really point out.
