Pick one language and start learning as much as u can. U choose a language based on the kind of stuff u want to develop. That means do u want to make mobile applications, websites or what ?? U choose a language based on these criteria. Then after u are done with ur research and chose a language to start with, u can take online courses from coursera, udemy .. For books, check out head first series. For instance if u go for python u can read head first python. There are other books too..a little bit of Google can help you find the right one. Refer to documentations to keep urself updated Also there are utube tutorials. Those are more important to learn how to do this or that. Read blogs from websites like dev.to, medium, hashnode My personal experience is that I spent a lot of time trying to decide where to start, which language to learn. I was overwhelmed by the millions of things that are available. I felt like i couldnt cover them all and its just too much. But once I chose smtn and went for it I've realised and learned a lot of things. So just pick one and it'll work. Also practice more than u read. Don't be trapped in the tutorial hell. Do small projects.
