I'm a very big history buff and every time i come acorss a character that practices stoicism I'm so fascinated by the calm and logic they show in there actions. I remebebr something i read about what Casseus The Roman emperor said when he heard of the death of his first born son...he responded with "i knew my son was mortal". It makes you wonder the type of person this Stoics are.
