Hello, I was in your shoes months ago, the difference between me and you were, people recommended that i go to a certain psychiatrist, they said "before it is too late, and you are too far gone"
I had trouble controlling my thoughts, I couldn't study, when I sat down to read, all i could do was read 1 line then my mind would drift off, emotionally I felt Fear 24/7.
Then My family started to ask me "what has happened to you? You used to be assertive and playful, you used to be quick minded"
But then one day I had an intuition, and I made a decision, I didn't knew where this leading came from, but it Completely Changed my path of life, now that I know what I was going through at that time the way I could explain it best is this-
A rope that is thrown for somebody that is drowning in an ocean of deep trouble..
This was the intuition I had and let me risk sounding foolish here for a sec. In short this was it👇
"Pills, unending appointments, embarrassing conversations with no solutions for you OR abundant Life, Liberty, Joy and security for Eternity Through Faith in Jesus Christ"
I chose the second one, and everyone was thinking " he is losing it"
Because In time past i would get into terrible moods and I used to shut out people.
I found this👇
" Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new."

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
So I went to a church, and i told the Security person, I said "I want to receive Christ into my life" and he was amazed he said " there is no ministers in the house"
I said "call the pastor phone"
so he called him he lived near by so he came shortly afterwards, he Opened the bible and read some verses to me 👇
(Romans Chap. 10:9)
That if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the Scripture says, "Whoever believes in him will not be disappointed."
Then I prayed the prayer of sinners who receive Christ, like the above verses says to do.
This happened 10 months ago, and I am completely healed today, I have more peace that anyone, I used to have addictions too, they are off of me now.
And There is a lot I haven't said, To be frank I used to have many problems ( you can name any problem that comes to your mind, And i had it at some point in my life, but now its all gone)
So, I recommend and that you receive Christ Jesus as your personal saviour and you can became a new person👇
