Let's start with the basics. There's a common misconception widely spread about how a girls frist time should be. The misconceptions include but are not limited to the following.
1. First time copulation should hurt, as it is believed that pain is a testament to her virginity.
2. While engaged with sex for the very frist time. It is also believed that a woman must bleed, yet again a standing testament to her virginity.
Both claims can't be further from the truth. Concerning The pain, it is caused by the dryness of the vagina. Anything that's dry causes friction, thus producing heat, and resulting pain. This can be easily avoided by resorting to LUBE; LUBE is always a must, it doesn't matter if it's your frist time or your hundredth. But, given how there is little availability of pharmaceutical grade lube, there are alternatives I can recommend. If Vaseline is all you've got, use a non-latex condom. If not you can use the following. Coconut oil, Cornstarch and water, Aloe vera, Vegetable oil, Shortening, Baby oil, Spit or Shampoo.
As for the bleeding, you can bleed during sex at any given time. It shouldn't be much of a concern. It just happens.
And for the hymen, the hymen could tear at any given time, especially when performing non-sex related activities.
In conclusion, there are no physical tails to the state of the virginity of both genders. It shouldn't even be a matter to concern with at all.
