Jan 12, 2021Jelaousy is normal but its not totally healthy. It just feeds in to that part of you whose insecure. But jealousy can be dealt with in a healthy way by just communicating with your partner and yourself about what you really want and need. Cuz most times reassurance is all you need. I hope that helps
