Jan 10, 2021I think it's because of the overstimulation of your dopamine receptors. Try dopamine detox (staying away from social media etc.) it's worked for me. Dopamine detox is mainly used to get back on track and stop procrastinating, but at the same it has like the no sugar diet effect. The moment you taste sugar after a long term fasting from it, the sweeter it gets. Try to quit watching or listening everything that makes or tries to make you laugh ( or used to make you laugh because now you're not finding funny enough to make you laugh) then you might see a difference.
