If your question is why don't we use a 100% of our brain simultaneously then the answer would be, yes we could but that would result in all of the actions that regularly transpire in our body to happen at the sametime which would result in a horrible death, think of it like all of your emotions activated at tge same time, all of your motor neurons activated at the same time....
