Man if u wanna be tall like 1.85 may be u are a little bit short but man u are in the right age to increase so the ff things bro -eat and drink a lot specialy drink so much bottle of water every day -get a deep sleep like 9-11 hr per day -do strecthing exercise every morning when u wake up and at night before u go to sleep -do pull up,rope jumping exercise -dont be streesed about your hieght and other things tho -and be petient cz it may take 1-2 years to see the d/c men The main reason that i told u to do this is from my experience cz when i was 17 i was like 172 or 173 but now im 21 and and im like 177 or 178 and i don't feel comfort about my hieght i mean i wanna be tall so see as yoyr age increase ur growth plate will diffuse and u will stop growing. ur in the right age of growing so dont lose it men
