You didn't specify the damage. I am guessing when you plug it in, does it not show any external device connected to your pc? If it doesnt🤔 Sth is wrong with the connection route that joins your flash drive to the Pc. The PC's inlet has sth wrong( you can try to use other PC's) The transistor in the Flash drive is pretty much dead😅 Btw It either works or doesn't... Its not like it works for 10 min and then shuts... I understand your concern but that's not the way you approach problems (General advise 💡) Or if it does and doesn't let you copy files, then it's write protected. U need to use Cmd to somehow revert that.
