I like ur insight if u are talkin about being fair. We humans are given to choose what think is good for us. Lets try to be logical firstly God created human as well as satan we both creatures were given free will then God said to all the angeles and satan that he created humans in a greater manner so ordered all of them to prostrate or bow down to Adam. All the angeles did as ordered but satan didn't. His ego prevented him. God asked him why he didn't for which he replied u created me from fire and u created Adam from clay so I won't bow down to him am better than him and disobeyed. Then God told him that u are going to be punished. Then satan asked "Oh my lord I will be punished but let me live till the judgement day and I will misguide as many humans as possible to be punished with me except for those who obeys u". The Allah said u will live till judgement day and also Allah said to Adam "satan is ur clear enemy don't be misguided by him." So satans ultimate aim is to misguide u. So u can't bring God and satan to be judged u protect urself from him. Do u know why? Bcoz at the end of the day he will tell u that his promises was all a lie and will make u accompany him to be punished in hell.
