Does anyone have this feeling where you dont wanna do anything ...not even sleep or go out or eat or literally any fuckin thing ..... wanting not to exist not die but just not existing.......and it feel like this all the fuckin time

Dec 07, 2019I've been there (still a litl) am. When that feeling started the first thing I did was google abt it. Then I found out it was a sign of depression but I didn't wanna believe it & I was sure that nobody will understand so I kept it to myself pretending to be okay. It took me almost 6 years to talk abt it & even tho ppl around took it the wrong way & made me feel so bad abt it...I realized it was the best thing I did fr myself Ever. Eventually they came to hearing me out & my not very open-minded family took me to start a treatment. I just wanna say if u r feeling this way deep down u know u have to share this feeling with others in order to fix it so pls share with someone who u think might understand & if u don't have one (like me) even strangers will just talk abt it. If u still can't feel better I suggest u think abt getting a treatment & talking to a professional mental health doctor abt it. And remember, EVERYTHING IS GONNA BE OKAY IN THE END. IF IT'S NOT OKAY, IT'S NOT THE END. đź’ś
