People, l am 22 and a 3rd year university student. Is it possible for me to take SAT or TOEFL? Not now but after i graduate within a year and does it have any importance?

If you want to apply for collages abroad, yes you have to take SAT and English proficiency tests. But after you graduate I think you will want to apply for graduate school.
