Why do each and every Ethiopian Public organisation's, customer service sucks? Why are the people angry all the time? Wtf is wrong with them? I mean if it was from only a single organisation thats Okay but this applies for every public service here.

In any organization selling a good or a service customer service is a crucial thing no matter how dumb the customers are or no matter how bad your day was treating a customer with a good manner is not taught and I think it's not just a problem of a government organization but also a problem of most private organizations too.
