Ok, first i am an Anesthetist To be honest the life of an Anesthetist is a bit fucked up with stressful working environment And the salary when you graduate is 4446 birr not including tax Which is the same for pharmacy But in the case of Anesthesia there is a risk payment around 400- 1200 depending on the region ur working in, and other stuff But when comparing the money you get and the work load. Its not a field that i would advise to join if u have no interest in the job. And lately the federal government had stopped hiring fresh graduate from health fields directly. So you might have to look for the jobs by urself. But for pharmacy i think you can be better because their is no much of contact with patients and there are a lot of vacancies in the city even with 0 years Experiance.
