Most guys dont care about their birthdays, they sometimes dont remember it. At least they are not like girls... What Im trying to say is for boys its enough if you show that you remember them and care for them. A postcard is enough. A little bit of lunch in a restaurant is also good. Just dont make it weird, make it memorable.
