#technology When i start my pc it shows the windows logo with the dots going in a circle. After that the screen just goes black but cursor is visible. I tried to access the safe mode and that was impossible and I also tried to repair/ format it via a usb drive and that too was impossible. So what can i do? Thank you in advance
Dec 27, 2020When your pc start immediately press f8, keep trying until it takes you to troubleshoot mode, then go to advanced and hit reset pc without deleting your personal files, apps will be deleted this is the only way bc your windows crashed
Dec 27, 2020Thankyou But the new Windows 10 doesn't support the f8 troubleshoot mode they changed it to starting and shutting down the pc a couple of times which then takes you to the troubleshoot window and I've already tried that but no luck
