Hey..I'm a dude and i struggle with it too but i have a loving girl who understands my situation and is there for me. Although sometimes i want to push her away or feel like she should do better.. i have learned to just talk it out with her. And it has helped me a lot to have somebody to count on even when you feel shity..so yes it is defntaly possible but it takes effort from your side to not let it come between you and instead deal with it togther
