Go to your nearest health station, and get it checked, yo! Repeated vomiting isn't something to be fooled around.

I've been through this... coughing, vomiting, experienced a pain around my throat. And I fully recovered after a month or so, I advise u to see a doctor as soon as possible nd start taking medicine that's prescribed for bronchitis, otherwise it would slowly turn in to pneumonia if u don't get help soon.

The vomit might be a reflux from your stomach, and the bronchitis might be due to the vomit, if vomit enters your respiratory tract the bronchus might get infected or u might even get an aspiration pneumonia So visit a doctor asap!
