I think there was sth happen to you which makes you to feel lonely and fear of talking with peoples around you so first try to forget the past and think about your future cause your past is passed can't relived just ignore it you have to forget the bad decisions you made and negative memories 2nd believe in your self you can do whatever you want, you can talk with your families friends relatives... drop that fear & stay strong Then remember only good memories don't forget that you have best things around you cause everyone is lucky with sth in life 3rd learn to forgive, develop new skills, do what makes you happy but it should be positive, try to focus on your future do ntg that may have impact on your future or your surrounding, read fictions or psychological books, open your mind be optimist, help someone with right way, remember that you are not the only person who feels like this, it is normal to fear to talk with phone just try to improve it, you can be the hero of yourself and you can impress the world, do exercise, meditate your self, and you can have a bf in this age if and only if you want to have and deny peer pressure you are the only person to make a decision of your life don't allow anyone to push you without your feelings, read or watch motivational speeches, you have a power to change this & ignore ignore and ignore that negative feeling in your mind think the opposite instead This may help you a lot if you take it serious

Well I think you are afraid not to get hurt cause of people that's why you don't want to get attached with others. So you need to make yourself vulnerable for that feeling no matter what the result will be at the end. I know how you feel but as long as you are human & need to experience life without fear. Just forget what ego tells you cause it always want to be in control & be over on everything. Just live life
