Dec 20, 2020Use 90/10 method Read for 90 minutes by putting away your phone, pc or any kind of device that will distract you from your study and put this devices in another room! Prepare all what you may need while reading around you before you start reading. Then read for 90 minutes without any distraction. Then take a break for 10 minutes. Then repeat this around 3 times . .......Now you have studied for 4&1/2 hours! While doing this, tell yourself you can do it and you can get focused. Good luck
