Format it How? First poweroff it then press the power and the volume ( the + one) for a moment after that it isn't hard try it

If it's Android then like most people already answered you simply hard reset it (ex. Power button + Volume Up for most Samsung phones). But the buttons to be pressed vary from phone to phone so make sure to Google it based on your specific vendor. But that goes without saying that you might end up locking your phone (frp lock). This happens when you hard reset and the phone interprets it as being stolen so it would ask for your email address and your email password to open it. If you remember the email address that you used on the device then a factory hard reset is the way. Good Luck!

ሰላም ሰላም ዛሬ ይዤላችሁ የመጣሁት የስልካችሁን pattern (password) ብትረሱት ከስልካችሁ ላይ ያለው መረጃ ሳታጠፉ እንዴት የስልካችሁን pattern(password) ማጥፍት ትችላላችሁ አስፈላጊ ነገሮች 1, aroma file manager app በሌላ ስልክ ማውረድ አለብን መተግበሪያዉን ከታች ማግኘት ይችላሉ 2, ሚሞሪ ካርድ (መተግበሪያዉን ማስቀመጫ) 3, pattern(passwod) የረሳችሁት ስልክ step 1 መተግበሪያዉን ሚሞሪው ላይ መጫን አለብን ከዚያ ቀጥሎ ሚምሪዉን በተዘጋዉ ስልክ ላይ እንከታለን step 2 , የተዘጋውን ስልክ recovery stock ወይም ስልኩን power off አድርገን ድምፅ መጨመሪያዉንና power off button ተጭነን (እንደ ስልኩ አይነት ይለያያል )ቢያንስ ለ 10 ሰከንድ እንቆያለን step 3, ወደ recovery mode ከገባን በዃላ screen ስለማይሰራ ድምፅ መጨመሪያዎቹ ወደላይና ወደታች power off button ደግሞ እንደ ok ሆነው ያገለግላሉ step 4, recovery mode ላይ ከገባን በዃላ install from zip የሚለው ላይ ok (power button)ከተጫንን በኳላ aroma file manager ያሰቀመጥንበት folder ላይ በመግባት install እናደርገዋለን step 5, aroma file manager ከከፈታችሁ በዃላ ወደ nevigate ወደ ሚለዉ ትወርዱና auto mount all device on start የሚለውን ተጭናችሁ ከዛ ዝጉት step 6, step 4 ላይ እእንዳደረጋችሁት step 6 ላይ ድገሙት Step 7, aroma file managerእንደገና ሲከፍት ወደ data folder ከዛ system folder ትገቡና ያገኛችሁትን gesture key ወይም password key አጥፉት ከዚያ ስልካችሁን retec አድርጉት step 8, ስልካችሁን ስትከፍቱት የማትረሱትን pattern (password) በማድረግ መክፈት ትችላላችሁ
