Does anyone has anxiety issues so out of control that you cant concentrate on school or work? I cant concentrate more than two minutes and im about to throw away everything i've worked for

Nov 29, 2019I find that some sort of spirituality does help but that's beside the fact. Music helps. Try to spend a portion of your day doing something that you love or with someone you love, it may be for an hour, maybe more maybe less, but make that time and protect it.
