It may be difficult to you to study as you used to study in past but I suggest you to study in group with your friends(not a lot group. Group of 2,3 or 4 ) and also try to look video tutors than sitting alone on the books bcoz it is difficult to read well books as before Put a goal not long term just weekly or Daily goal this make you to prove your self.

Being a Med student, you seriously have to have the ability to control yourself. If your phone addiction is severe, you need help. Someone from home or mnamn give them your phone and study by Pc. If Wifi is closely available, tell them to change the password. In no time you'll get back to where you were or Med is harsh. You will fail. Trust me You may fail if you dont start reading now.

Use the app called" stay focused" ..it blockes other applications on ur phone ..i been using it and it works ...as for motivation , get yourself secheduled. know howmuch u need to study and the time left and try to stay in your scedule .
