I am musslim and i know something called zekkah it is so wide but in short word it means that if u have money greater than about 80,000 you have to give 2% for poor then if u do that there will not be a robber if he robbed to be richer than he is his hand will be cuted did u see But here it is 15% and they did not give that for poor than the richer will become poor without the poor becomes rich
