My PC(HP) when I start it it becomes dark screen no light on the screen but it is charged and even can charge my phone with cable....please what is the problem if any one faced like this problem before
Dec 11, 2020I think It is on the screen board mine do that too .but you r lucky if ur pc is HP you will get board .
Dec 12, 2020It might be the brightness level but if that ain't the problem it's either from the processor or background LED light is dead so i recommend you to take it to a technicians in your local area.

Jul 27, 2025Hook it to an external screen if it displays correctly then problem with the lcd system but if it doesn't work on the external screen then probably ram or cpu failure
