I’m going to make the assumption that you have no knowledge or experience in software dev so I see two paths you can take. It’s not a one answer question. 1. You hire a developer or a team to build that app for you. Most apps come into existence this way. This is the fastest path for you 2. You put your app idea to the side and just learn to code. Importantly, form your own opinions as you go. You start building small but complete apps and understand the challenges. Finally, build your app.
