Dec 10, 2020Would love to help you on your research... Peoples get addicted cause of many things. 1. the thing they are addicted realeases endorphin which causes them to be addicted. Eg. Porn, social media 2. Because ut interferes in the nervous system. Eg. Drug abuse. By making their nerves quite amazing, they feel happy, not lonely, influential... and everyone wants to feel happy. So they get addicted. 2. To get out of addiction the first and the most necessary step is to have a true desire to get out of the addiction. Most peoples have that The second step is to tell your friends, buddies and close people that you are trying to quit. Believe me it'll be hard, you'll want to have some one beside you. Third is avoiding it at all. Just stop mefetaten ing your self. Dont go to bars, dont go to places where you could acess the subatances. If your situation is worse though you should go to rehab.
Dec 10, 2020Mostly because of childhood traumas or family problems , peer pressure How to get out - if your like really addicted to the point your losing your self you have to get extra help like going to rehab and seeing psychologists but if you're addiction is not severe i think you can help your self by staying away from bad influences and changing your addiction with another hobby like going to the gym or swimming or anything else to get your mind of it also you can be honest with your family and friends about your problem and get their support as well so you don't have to do it alone
Dec 10, 2020Ppl get adducted 4 different reasons like: They start 4 fun bit get addicted eventually. Falling out of school. Peer pressure. Some think drinking or smoking is being cool. Break ups and when they can't get over exs. Therapy, mindful exercise and prayer could help to tweak outta addiction
