887No don't use that. For cooking it has a lot of other spices. Like nech shnkurt, znjbl, nech azmud mnamn. Buy the plain erd(the seed) grind it, mix it with honey then u can use it anytime u want. It can stay for months. Just make sure not to add water. Yshagtbshal aykoylshm.

43There are plenty of homemade natural scrubs...you can start buy using turmeric( እáˆá‹µ) its available nearly everywhere ..you can mix that with honey, milk or water ...milk is more adviced ..your skin might turn a little yellow for a little while but its alright...it'll come of.. keep doing that everyday for a week and you'll seriously see the difference ..you can do it 3 times a week too...
