I think you should tell her about how she's making you feel, as you're repeatedly saying she is speeding up things, would that be a problem if you tell her that? You said she's new for relationship so I think she expect you to guide her or to make her go slow, you said you have experience and you know how to make things work, so just tell her, again you said she's sweet and all so I guess she will understand that might not be a problem to your friendship or relationship, which ever one it is.
