Dec 04, 2020If he/she's in the country for diplomatic missions, even if he/she commits a murder they won't be charged criminally. If its a normal civilian they get extradited or deported
Dec 04, 2020Depends on the diplomacy of the two countries and extend of them crime, if it is like keftegna wenjel extradition baby..
Dec 03, 2020Well zats politicians means by sovereignty but apparently it depends on what crime was committed and which country national the suspect is..ppl from 1 and 2ndr word countries are most likely to get away with any crime specially whites far east Asians(Japanese Koreans) even though its homicide the corrupt system fine them with miney levied as a punishment and they are free. been around the criminal justice system i can tell you zat even African nationals aren't sentenced for more than 4years even for crimes of highest order, for the sake not jeopardizing the countries foreign relation that what the attorney and the court officials say

Dec 04, 2020Ethiopian courts have a jurisdiction on:- crimes committed on the ethiopian territory whether he's national or a foreigner if the crime is specified on the code except these persons who are enjoying an immunity like ambassadors,diplomats........even if the person takes refuge in other country his extradition shall be requested as per art 11of Ethiopian criminal code. But if his extradition can't be obtained the state shall ask the country to punish him where he's now as per art 12of the criminal law of ethiopia👍
