just started a coffee sourcing and distribution buisness 3 months ago, it have an average daily distribution volume of ~2000-3000Kg/day (average price 140birr/kg). so the thing is my employees use a simple electronic weighting scale, and they daddle approx 10 kg each, which means i'm being cheated approx 2k birr per employee, i've 3 employees and you can imagine how much the losses sum up to. so i'm asking a bit of an advice, i can't keep track of the items so maybe some controlling method kawekachu. kalhone demo i've heard there is a weighting device that keeps records every item weighted. and also print reciepts, if anyone know this kind of weighting device please help 🙏
