Nov 19, 2019Concentration is important ....if u r not feeling it then don't study... do something or sleep ....when u feel like studying then u read don't let anything disturb u at zat moment ....find ur golden time n don't do anything except study at zat time ....when u r tired or not in the mood to read ...then don't push it .... leave it

Nov 19, 2019try to find what works best fir you personally i use music for a better concentration and i try to balance the temperature, i try to cool it down cause i feel sleepy when it's hot .....
