I wouldn't put it all down to religion as we do also have the lowest literacy rate, poverty and stuff. But still I can't think of anything more limiting to our capability and mind power than our religious beliefs. Why people prefer to believe aged beliefs over science is beyond me. I'm not saying there isn't spiritual dimension to us or that science has all the answers. But the answers aren't in the old scriptures that don't stand a chance in the eyes of reason either. For those of you who are about to lash out reading this, I have one question for you. Of all the religions in the world why do you think yours is the right one and has all the answers? I mean from a purely selfish standpoint, it'd be more reasonable to be open to all the teachings and hedge your bets than subscribing to one religious belief and denying all the rest(in case one of the religions is right).

😁 Science doesn't have all the answer I mean it is in its definition. that science can only study some thing flawed..... It can't even comprehend Perfection ...... Plus ur logic is insane if there are multiple religions why do u think urs is correct ...... First of presence of multiple alternatives doesn't alter the truth and believing one's belief is right is a human nature. In my opinion the so called science is very problematic 1. because it starts from belief 2.It is changing over time 3. it doesn't consider any explanation out side the natural world,So The so called science is the one with blind spot not religion ...... If I talk about my religion I am a Christian and by no means Christianity said u only get knowledge by studying the scripture rather it is on the contrary ...... It says studying the natural world gets u closer to God. And it doesn't say believe blindly rather it say study all knowledge and hold the one that is true. IQ test is very flawed 1st it can be learned and perfected like any other test so measuring the IQ of every people with some standardized test is not right in my opinion .......
