When u understand the 1st verse conceptually, it is to mean " if u say u believe in God in words of mouth but weak at spiritual actions, it is useless!" the 2nd verse also is to mean "heaven is through faith only but not through sacrifice mnamn". but conceptually faith is complete spiritual devotion! That means if u r spiritually devoted to God, u become righteous which indirectly implies u become good at actions too. Cuz there is no spirituality unless u r good at worship i.e action.
