Greetings Members, We were thinking of changing the name of the channel and bot and were wondering if you had any ideas for what it should be. We want the name to be: 1. Short (one or two words preferably) 2. Express what the channel is for 3. Sounds interesting and catchy Whoever gives the best name will be selected and be given a secret prize! Good luck.
Nov 23, 2020"Quanet" By taking the first 2 letters from "QU-estion & AN-swer ET-hiopia", it's a simple n new word, it may feel strange to say "Quanet" for now but people will get used to it n it will only be this channel's name...(like when someone says 'Tikvah' u only think of the channel now, not the meaning of the word) "Quanet" pronounced as ኳኔት.

Nov 24, 2020The name is fine. The thing you need to change is how you moderate questions. Ffs the channel is filled with easily googled questions. 200 something questions full of non-engaging questions.

Nov 24, 2020Quora The word means a small group of members of a society that must be present on any meeting to make the proceeding of the meeting valid, and can be interpreted as question and answer. And there is a global question and answer website called quora so why not add smt simple that separates it from the site n make it our own? Query Is kinda like the act of submitting a question n getting an answer, and means submitting infos to a computer and getting results. If it was up to me query is kinda easy on the mind. *I wrote the definitions based on memory so don't judge.

Nov 23, 2020The name isn't the problem. The moderation is. You let every thing on it. And you allow about a 100 questions a day. You need to cut out some Google able questions and Advice lookalike questions. And make it around 20 questions per day tops.
